These Terms of Service govern your use of BestSugarDaddy (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. We verify age via Yoti at signup.

2. Prohibited conduct

Soliciting or offering paid sexual services is strictly forbidden and grounds for permanent removal. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, and any illegal activity result in immediate ban.

3. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

4. Payments

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. EU users may exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal subject to consent at checkout.

5. Liability

We do not guarantee the truthfulness of profiles. Meet at your own risk and follow our safety guide.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
